Leadership
After her graduation at MUC Women's college Burdwan in arts stream at 2012, she has started her career in the IT sector BPO (voice process) at 2013 in Durgapur, later on, in Kolkata and ended up in her hometown Burdwan, 7 years in BPO (Non-voice) as an executive freelancer. She is well skilled with marketing and presentation, client meetings, back-office support etc. Basically, an all-rounder, a virtual entrepreneur.
She is very creative, career oriented, practical and always open to learn, try new things, very likely to take challenges and truly professional, efficient and dedicational with her hard work. She doesn't believe in PERFECTION, according to her, no one is PERFECT but we can make things better.
She has risked her everything to start TeamAZ to help jobless young talents, and computer tech savvy who are waiting to hit one chance to give their dreams a big shot. Because She believes without a dream you cannot go anywhere, she believes "Big Dreamers Bring Changes and Hard Workers Creates A History". TeamAZ is the place of team work, dream work.

He has been in the BPO industry since 2017 as an exclusive full time freelancer expertise in real estate lead generation, public record search, research, marketing, admin support and various roles, with his highly dedicational performances, the clients also encourage him to be independent and help people to grow with him and bring different ideas to one place. Later on, Abhijit and Priyanka came up with the idea of starting a BPO company together to provide the job opportunities to the jobless people who are seeking to have a better career. Now his main goal is to make TeamAZ a great place of full of career opportunities for the new generation talents, big dreamers in the next few years.
